  When I first walked into The Heart I immediately felt welcomed.. by the smiling faces, by the sweet aroma of fresh coffee and baked goods, by the beautiful decor.. You can see the personal touch in every little detail, meant to make your visit and experience so inviting and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful, their chai latte is extra delicious and the yoga space is so beautiful and unique. I am excited for my first upcoming yoga practice in the space, and will definitely be enjoying the chai latte soon after.

  Such a Gem! I came across the studio/cafe by accident and I am so glad I did. I will stop in ever time I go to Bragg Creek. Delicious food and an incredible studio space.

  We have an amazing new eatery and coffee house in the heart of Bragg Creek. We live in the hamlet and stopped in with Calgary friends for coffee and chai lattes. Well once we got there we also had to have some of the homemade sticky buns and blueberry scones. Both were amazing in flavor and texture. This was even more amazing when we realized these delights were made without eggs or dairy. There were also gluten free items available but we had no room left to try the cheesecake that was tempting us. Stop by and enjoy this little gem. You won't be disappointed!
